# Introduction

The purpose of this documentation is to provide instructions regarding the technical procedures for clients to use our APIs, from the moment of authentication to the production environment, offering all necessary support to ensure a successful implementation.

## Planning

* Communication will be conducted through the project group via WhatsApp.
* Our service hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.
* We do not release Production Credentials on Fridays and the day before holidays.
* Practice 1 request per second (Rate Limit in Production).
