Through this endpoint, partners can request multi-factor authentication (MFA), which provides an additional layer of security for creating a Pix key in the “email” or “cell phone number” format. After registration, a token will be sent to the channel associated with the key.

Requirements:

The token is sent according to the key type, either by SMS or email.
