E-Consignado Trabalhador is a credit option for workers registered under the CLT regime.

This modality underwent significant changes in March 2025; the law now relies on DATAPREV to coordinate the consignments.

Any financial institution can offer credit to requesting workers, without the need for an agreement with the employer and with the guarantee of the FGTS balance.

There are two contracting modalities for E-Consignado Trabalhador:

With BMP, you have access to all the APIs needed to offer this credit, with the guarantee of FGTS and renegotiation of contracts terminated due to termination of employment relationship.

Prerequisites

To offer credit to workers in partnership with BMP, you must:

  • Purchase the E-Consignado Trabalhador product;
  • Develop a communication API with BMP;
  • Be authenticated to use BMP APIs.
